About Us

Defence Services Officers’ Institute-Palakkad is one of its kind in the state of Kerala with a membership base of about XXX spread all over India and abroad.

This Institute was first set up at Palakkad on 12 Jan 1994 as Defence Services Officers Institute-Palakkad with Brig. MPG Menon, AVSM as its first President. The Institute is an association not for profit in pursuance of the Memorandum of Association incorporated under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 dated 24 December 1993.
